Malama Honua Celebration

On Wednesday we went down to the Pt England Reserve to welcome the Hokulea waka. They came all the way from Hawaii by following the Manaiakalani stars.

This is my sentence structure we had to write what we think the sentence is and I chose compound and I got it Right.

Sentence Structure

A sentence is a group full of words that have different subjects. There are three types of sentences, these include complex, compound and simple. A sentence needs to include a capital letter in the beginning with a full stop at the end. The purpose of a sentence is to discuss the idea or a subject of the paragraph. This is my Duffy Books. We had to chose two books that we wanted and tell them to the teachers,  then we will get it at Duffy Assembly. My two books were The Last Thirteen and Tom Gates.

This is make current events is shows what happened in the cyclone the hit New Zealand and how dangerous and powerful the wind was . 

Group Poster

This is a collaborative poster that Evelyn, Courtney, Samantha and I did together. We had to solve the equation 338 + 179.  We had worked all together in a group to get this answer and eventually we got the answer right.
