Current Events Water Safety

A man had happen to be look out to towards the water and had seen a red figure in the water. He then went down to the water once the thing was close enough to walk up to. After that he picked up the thing that had happened to be a life jacket but then once he pulled it towards him there was a body attached to it… An elderly man had been found strapped to a life jacket on the end of Whangarei Harbour. The man was found at 10am yesterday at the end of Scott Rd, Tamaterau. He was believed to be around 60 years old. The police did not think this was a foul play or any murder case. It was rather an accident.

The police then questioned the witness about his what he had seen and his whereabouts. Then they took the body in for an autopsy and soon figured that it was might of been a mental illness.
