Netbook Reflection 2013

How has having a netbook connected to the internet helped my learning this year. This year I learnt heaps of stuff I learnt a website called kiwi kids news. I think that website helped  me the most this year because it helps me understand the news. My friends taught me how to bookmark important things. I learnt to make a comment on other school's blog because my cousin taught me at their house. I helped my friend to blog his work. This year has been cool with my netbook because things are much faster.

 Today I practice my maths and beat the high score on a game called Stop the clock. My score was 13 seconds.

On Monday at home I was playing gta 5 and i sneezed and then I was on the game but I was controlling another person and his name was machel. when we were sleeping we heard a big noise so I called the police but when the police arrived.And the person was gone and he went with my son so I ran after the bad guy but he had a gun so I came back home and everybody was worried and they were  sced  but luckily no one was hurt so me and my family had to go to the police station to describe the what the  person looks like so I said he was wearing a black binny over his face  and he was were black shoes and grey pants and black jacket. After that night we head back home and when we were driving we stopped to get some food because we were hungry I went inside the shop and I saw the guy who kidnaped my son so I asked him question so he could tell us it was he almost said it was him but he took out the gun so I ran as fastest I can and I hopped into the car and i drove fast but they shot the tyre  so i called the cops then the bad guy ran and the cops was chasing him but the bad guy was to fast the cops catched up and the bad guy stole a car and drove away but the cops were angry because we almost caught the bad guy  so the cops gave us a car to borrow while our car was getting fixed then we drove home and started eating our food then we all went to sleep but i was awake just in case we get kidnaped again. The next morning we decided to go to our cousins house so if he comes back to our house the cops will be there but they will hide from the bad guys it is a setup then he automatically called my phone he said if i want my son back i have to give him 1 million dollars so i said yes then we all went into our position then he called my phone again then he said to put it in the trash then i said yes but was up a building with a telescope looking if we actually put it in the trash and we did but he had a bomb and he said to my son to wear it so my son did but he the guy came under the floor and cut a hole in the ground right where the rubbish bin is and they had the money so he walked out with my son and said my son is here we all saw him wearing the bomb and he said we have to go on the bus and if we stop it gonna explode so we drove and there was a wheelchair on the road with a baby on it then we crashed the wheelchair and the ladies were crying then i said it was just cans and they lucky the guy who said he was gonna explode the bus was watching on tv so i called the person who was videoing the bus we told him to video us being calm so everybody on the bus were then after he videoed it I told him to replay it over and over again in tell another truck comes on the side so we can jump on to the truck but he recognised it because on the side of the replayed it was scratched then he hopped out of his house and ran then we found out where he lives so we went there and he wasn't there and we stayed there for long then he came then we grabbed the remote that explodes  my son then we called an expert on bombs to take of the bomb and he did then we were all happy then the guy who had the money went to jail we found out hes name is simon  peterson then everything was back to normal then my mum woke me up then I found out it was a dream then I told my mum all about as she made me french- bread.

I am happy with this narrative because it is interesting and it is my favourite narrative and I did my hardest work.

The School Party

         Panmure bridge school Party This is the schools ukulele group and they a performing at panmure bridge school.

There was a party at Panmure Bridge School on saturday at 11-1.30.And everything was free and their were 2 bouncy castles. And jackie organised a ice cream truck and when it arrived everybody ran to line up. When everybody was lining up the kapa haka started performing then quire after the ukulele performed then the cook islands performed a dance and it was wonderful. Then after the cook islands dance a pony and a horse came. Then the wrestles came in and they had a fight then the other guy did john cena special move then he won. After that when the next fight happened the loser from the other match helped the big guy then the big guy said to have a tag team match when it happened they both lost again then after that everybody went to jump on the bouncy castles. Then some people started leaving.

In this photo you will see there's interesting lines on the photo and I learnt how to hold the camera steady.

This is a really beautiful picture because you can see the boats and the beach and you can also see trees and the flowers that people have planted. It was amazing to see people riding there jet-ski.

TERM 3 REFLECTION

Term 3 Reflection

The activity I mostly like was doing the current event. Because it has news about my favourite sport and my favourite sport is rugby and boxing that why I like doing this activity.This term I learnt how to use clipping magic and pixel. I am really proud of all the stuff I wrote about of current event. Next term I am going to finish all my work.

I did my hardest performance and I was really  happy with myself and I put heaps of energy in the performance.

I think we should speak louder so the audience at the back can hear you and everybody will be happy.

I will be quiet when i walk and put the instrument and walk to the other

side and i will be in time.

My dad told me to speak louder and sing and my dad said it was cool.

Tonight  I will try to make my behaviour better tonight.

On the 4 September we versed pt England and we lost to them then we versed other school and we bate them then we had to verse them again then we lost again and then we found it that we came 2nd so then we walked back to our school and we had to rush because it was raining then we `made it to school.

Wacky Tales

A New Sport

joshua and I decided to try out the newest sport at panmurebridgeschool. It's calledrugby rugby. The object of the game is to kick a(n) rugby rugby all the way to the end of the field. Every time you do, the fans yell “rugby!” and you get 2 points. The person with the most points wins.

joshua started and kicked the rugby halfway down the field. What a shot! Then it was my turn. I picked up the rugby, took aim, and missed completely. I felt so league! I tried again, and this time I kicked the rugby all the way to the end of the field. The fans in the stands hollered “rugby!” I won the game!

Now I am the champion of panmurebridgeschool! I didn't want joshua to feel badly, so I treated joshua to a trip to kfc for a(n) bannana sundae with milk on top!

My Holiday

                       My Holiday

In my holidays I played games at home with my cousin’s and I kept on winning  but sometimes I lose to  them and it’s gets boring . When we finished playing, we played call of duty the whole night so I said we should go to sleep because it was getting late.

In the morning  I went to the shops with my mum to buy me clothes because I was growing bigger. My clothes were too small to fit  me so my mum brought me a jacket, pants, shorts and a tshirt and I tried all of my clothes on. It all fit me. Then we had to go to my music band and practice. I wore my new clothes but I forgot to buy me shoes so when my practice finished I went and brought me some shoes for tomorrow. I made it in time because the shops were going to close then I brought my shoes. Then the next day I went to my music practice and I wore my new shoes.

On my next holiday I am going to Rainbows End and it’s fun because they have roller coasters. It’s fun to ride on it because it’s scary to ride on the roller coaster. They have a game called bumper cars and the rule is to bump off the other cars. Thats my  favourite game because you have to bump the other cars off so thats all I want for  my next holidays.

Swimming

This is Joshua he was swimming in the pool he was doing a backstroke and the teacher that teaches us was teaching him how to do a backstroke and he had to use the board because he was just learning how to do it.

Duffy theatre.

On Tuesday we went to the hall to watch people act and it was about Duffy losing his words to Vordsharts. They had to complete Vordsharts challenge to win his words back.

My visit to Howick Historical village

During my visit to Howick Historical village, it was cool to see all the olden day stuff. We had to split up into groups and my group went to watch the bridge.We paid $1 to watch the bridge which turned and the water was splashing down as we watched it go up and down. Then we went to look at the other stuff.There was an old school and the school had no computers or whiteboards they only wrote on a blackboard with chalk.Then we went to look at the other houses, they were made out of sticks and some houses were made out of dirt and brick.

My Speech

How well did I do with my speech? My speech topic was about we should be allowed to play rugby at pbs. My voice was loud and clear. I stood still and I relaxed. The hardest part of speeches was I had to read it in front of the class. I am proud of my speech but i need to do better. Next time I will try to learn it of by heart.

The author Des Hunt

The author Des Hunt came to vist us today he use chemistry and physics to teach us about writing he made it interesting and fun. I learnt that in the middle of a story you have to put a problem and at the end you have to put a happy ending.

Today we were learning about advertisements. I found out that on TV when they showed burgers they were big but when you go there to buy it you will see the difference. I don't want to eat any more burgers because there are heaps of disgusting things used to make them.

Eastern Beach

On Monday we went to the beach. There was touch and volleyball and soccer.
The most fun thing we got to do was swim because it was hot. The only thing that I didn't like was swimming because I didn't get to swim.
